Booster Activities


The Boosters are busy throughout the year with a number of fundraising and support activities.  Your participation in (or support of) any of the following activities is encouraged!

  • Cake Auction
    • Baked goods and accessories auctioned for donations
    • Volunteers needed to donate baked goods

  • Ice Cream Stand
    • Volunteers needed to staff the stand
    • Held during the Fireman's Festival

  • Uniform Maintenance
    • Uniform Committee members assist in fitting, distributing, and
    • Washing uniforms throughout the marching season

  • JHS Football Concessions
    • All proceeds go to the Band Boosters
    • Volunteers needed to staff visitors' side concession stand
    • Every home game

  • 50/50 Raffle
    • Half of the proceeds goes to Boosters
    • Volunteers needed to sell tickets
    • Every home JHS football game

  • Varsity Show Program
    • Business and personal ads sold
    • Volunteers needed to sell advertisements
    • Donations of supplies welcome

  • Concession Stand at the Varsity Show
    • Volunteers needed to staff stand during the show

  • Buckeye Sales
    • Volunteers needed to help prepare
    • Buckeyes prepared in Oct/Nov

  • Fall and Spring Candle Sales with local business, Rock Camp Candles

  • Presidents' Day Weekend Mattress Sale

  • Refreshments for the Band After Parades and Performances
    • Volunteers needed to help prepare and distribute the goods
    • Donations of supplies welcome

  • General Support of the Director and the Big Red Band
    • Any help is always welcome
